My name is Trude Helén Hole aka Art of Living. I am a Norwegian author, journalist, sommelier and lecturer and model. I am also the owner of New Spirit Communication and Feather Books Publishing. As an author my main business is writing books, also on demand – but as a journalist I write all kinds of articles, especially about travels and adventures, wine, art and literature, politics and society, and management and health.
My articles are published both in magazines and in books, and on my popular blog.
But I am also an award-winning artist that recently was awarded with International Prize Paris 2022. Last year I was invited to exhibit a sculpture and a painting at New York Exhibition 2022 and as one of three Norwegian artists I was invited and exhibited at the ARTQUAKE-10 at Art Niğde International (ANI) in Turkey with my painting Mistress XXX. In 2023 I am invited both as an author and artist during the autumn exhibition in Ås in Norway, which is a honour.

The purpose of this information is therefore to propose a future collaboration to open and strengthen new markets from the Nordic countries.
Social media – and especially Blogs – is a powerful and unique way to drive everlasting engagement and build awareness for your brand. I provide content related to travel, lifestyle, literature, wine, art and personal health and other, you name it – I fix it.
Below is the number of visitors on my blog on my trip to Tobago/Trinidad and Florida November 2019, before the arrival of covid and the horrible restrictions.
As a journalist I have been writing about adventures and travels, both in English and Norwegian for several magazines since 2003, and I have market cruises, flights, trips, hotels, and experiences on my popular blog that is highly rated on Google and considered one of the best in Norway. I recently got home from a trip to Tuscany on an assignment for the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Denmark, and a few years ago I was invited to Australia to write about New South Wales. Through my media agency New Spirit Communication, I have been working with companies since 2011 with PR, marketing and communication. I have also worked within the Norwegian TV industry and produced, among other things, a travel program aimed at families.
And as a sommelier and wine lover I also produced Norway’s first TV series about wine. In this TV show I was also director and the presenter, and by this I had the pleasure of traveling around in Europe visiting exciting wineries together with specially selected guests, a Norwegian musician, and an excellent chef. #joy
I have followers/readers at all ages and from all over the world, but mainly Norwegian adults with good economy. However, I can’t guarantee that the article will be published in a printed magazine due to all over publishing plan.
