Having said that, now we are talking about the next summer’s delicious holiday, so you can take this as a holiday tip for the coming summer. And the tip is – go north this summer. 😀
And when you go to the magical north, do it like Hurtigruta, minute by minute. That is, take it easy! Feel free to set aside a few days or weeks, for example at my place in Villa Reipå – here you will experience the northern magic embracing both body and mind. 💕
At my place you can let go of demands, stress, logistics and hassle, and instead enjoy chalk-white beaches and a dip in the sea. Or you can take a hike up to the nearest mountain peak and feel how your body and soul BREATHES with joy. 😍
You might also enjoy a dip in the wonderful river that borders the farm. Or relax in the lovely outdoor bathtub in the yard while the moose graze nearby. On my farm you can live like Lucky Luke and simply feel lucky – because that’s what life is all about – the art of living, not just being!
Just as beautiful as Lofoten
And ps! The Helgeland coast and Meløy with its Alps are just as beautiful as Lofoten with chalk-white beaches and magical mountains, but you will avoid mass tourism and long queues – and not to mention; it’s easier to get here.
