Help for surprisingly free – and an amazing support team. Although I have chosen a simple and elegant theme for my books and my online wine courses that you will find here – I sent a request if it was possible to get a slightly change according to the text and images on the product site. I was then told that I had 60 minutes free desing adjustments with the team, so my request they fixed quickly – this was very surprising and wonderful, I thought, so I sent some more questions to which they arranged as quickly – and on top of it all, today I received a notification that the five or six adjustments they had done for me, were so little for them – so they thought that I still have 60 minutes left.
This is truly unique. I’m used to everyone just wan´t to have your money, and that all additional functions in any webportal leads to annoying extra costs. Yeah, you have probably been there, haven´t you? 😉
Once again, the level of the service that Shopify offers, well, I do not think you can find this anywhere else – so therefore I recommend Shopify also to you, because I know how easily it is to choose a wrong website for your e-commerce-business, like I did a couple of times, and this cost me a lot of time, frustration and money.
